The Asia Pacific Assurance Company (APAC) is a joint venture between Kingsbury Capital Partners and a group headed by Chris Whitcomb, former FBI agent and founder of Watchhouse International. APAC provides security services to both Kingsbury’s investments and other businesses.

From its new offices in Dili, APAC is training additional security officers who will provide both government and business in Timor Leste with a safe working environment and peace of mind.
