Kingsbury is currently developing its social responsibility plan. Its ventures have a daily impact on the life of its local employees, contractors and their community, but it seeks to be more proactive than that.

Kingsbury has already fitted out a local soccer team in Hera (where TOP operates fishing facilities) with uniforms and shoes and made other in-kind contributions to local organisations addressing the needs of indigenous children and community health.

Many of Kingsbury's ventures will be sub-branded a 'A Kingsbury Group Company' on boats, vehicles, building signage etc. Kingsbury does this to ensure that it will be judged by its positive social impact wherever it does business in Timor Leste.
